69th Filmfare Awards 2024: Vicky-Ranbir And Shahrukh's Films Shine, 'Sam Bahadur' Wins In Many Categories


69th Filmfare Awards 2024: Vicky Kaushal's film Sam Bahadur has received awards not in one or two but in many categories. Shahrukh Khan's film Jawan and Ranbir Kapoor's Animal also got success.


69th Filmfare Awards 2024 Full List: The announcement of the annually organized Filmfare Awards started on Saturday. This two-day-long event is being organized in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. After Saturday, awards will be announced in many categories on Sunday. Like every year, this year too a gathering of celebrities was seen here and on Saturday, many celebrities like Karan Johar, Nusrat Bharucha, Jhanvi Kapoor, Ganesh Acharya, and Karishma Tanna were seen here on the red carpet.


Vicky, Ranbir, Shahrukh's films were amazing


While Karan Johar was seen in a designer black coat and pants on the red carpet, Jhanvi Kapoor was also seen attending the event in a black outfit. While Nushrat Bharucha carried a black and white desire outfit, Zarine Khan was seen attracting attention in a red dress. Saturday of the event was mostly marked by awards given in the technical category and the list was won by Shahrukh Khan's film Jawan, Ranbir Kapoor's film Animal, and Vicky Kaushal's film Sam Bahadur.


Vicky Kaushal's 'Sam Bahadur' won in many categories


Ranbir Kapoor's film 'Animal' was given the award for Best Background Score. Whereas superstar Shahrukh Khan's film 'Jawaan' won for best action. While Vicky Kaushal's film Sam Bahadur stood ahead in the Best Costume category, the same film also received the Best Sound Design award. Not only this, Sam Bahadur has also won in the category of Best Production Design. Ranbir Kapoor's film has received the award in the category of Best Sound Design.


Ganesh Acharya wins for What Jhumka


Superstar Shahrukh Khan's film 'Jawaan' won in the Best VFX category and Vidhu Vinod Chopra's film '12th Fail' was given the Best Editing award. Ganesh Acharya dominated the Best Choreography category and got the award for What Jhumka Song, while Avinash Arun was given the Best Cinematography award for the film Three of Us. Altogether 10 awards were announced on Saturday but apart from this, awards in many categories are yet to be announced.
