In a special conversation with India Today, the film's producer Vijay Kiragandur has given an update regarding 'Salaar Part 2'.
When will the shooting of Salaar Part 2 start?
Giving an update, Vijay told India Today, 'We have locked the script of Salaar 2. If you watch Salar Part 1, you will know that it is not complete. Obviously. This story will be completed only when you watch Part 2 of the film. So its story is locked. He further said, 'Salar's team is different. So once the film releases on 22nd December. After this, the director (Prashant Neel) will take a break for a few months and then start shooting for Salaar Part 2 next year.
Yash is doing a cameo
Producer Vijay Kiragandur also talked about the rumors going on about 'Salaar'. He made it clear in the conversation that there is no link between Prabhas's 'Salaar' and Yash's film 'KGF'. Nor is there going to be any cameo in this film. Rumors have been going on for a long time that Rocking Star Yash might do a cameo in 'Salaar'. But now the producer has made it clear that this is not so.
The film 'Salar Part 1: Ceasefire' has been made under the banner of Hombale Productions. This production house is making films like 'Kantara 2', 'Bagheera' and 'KGF 3'. Talking about 'Salaar', along with Prabhas, South actor Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and other stars are playing important roles. This film will be released in theaters on 22 December. It is going to clash with the Shahrukh Khan starrer film 'Dunki'. 'Dunki' is directed by Rajkumar Hirani.
