Rohit Shetty had shared a news about the series in April 2022. The first teaser, featuring Sidharth Malhotra, was released on Amazon Prime Video in the same month. Filming took place mainly in Mumbai, Maharashtra, Goa, and Greater Noida. Shooting began in mid-April 2022, with the first schedule beginning on 12 May in Goa and ending in May 2022. After this, Rohit Shetty went to Cape Town for the shooting of Khatron Ke Khiladi 12. The music for the series is composed by Lijo George. Manoj Yadav and Siddhesh Patole have written the lyrics, and T-Series Music has the music rights.
