Tiger 3 Review: Amidst The Action And Dialogues, 'Tiger 3' Gets Bogged Down By Bad Screenplay, Salman's Swag Is Also Less
Along with you, we too were eagerly waiting for Salman Khan's film 'Tiger 3'. After a long wait, Bhaijaan has given the Diwali gift to his fans and cinema lovers. He has come back on screen as Tiger and has also brought along his Zoya i.e. Katrina Kaif. Read how 'Tiger 3' is in our review.
We all got the spy universe of Bollywood from Salman Khan's film 'Ek Tha Tiger'. This universe was full of action and thrill as well as romance and emotions. In this, we saw RAW agents Avinash Singh Rathore aka Tiger and Zoya Humaimi clashing with each other and falling in love with each other. Seeing Salman and Katrina Kaif in powerful action in the roles of Tiger and Zoya in RAW and ISI agents was no less than a treat. But by the time 'Tiger 3' comes, both of them are probably tired.
After films like 'Ek Tha Tiger' and 'Tiger Zinda Hai', Salman Khan hit the big screen on the occasion of Diwali with the third film of this franchise, 'Tiger 3'. The first show of the film has ended in many theaters and we are telling how this film is.
What is the story of the film?
The movie starts in the year 1999 when a little girl and her father are practicing boxing. The name of the person is Nazar, who lives in London with his only daughter. Nazar is an agent of ISI. After his sudden death, his daughter also decides to become an agent. This girl meets agent Aatish Rehman (Emraan Hashmi), who later becomes her mentor and family.
In today's time, RAW Chief Maithili Menon (Revathi) gives the responsibility of saving her agent Gopi (Ranveer Shorey) to Tiger (Salman Khan). The information that Tiger gets while saving his old friend is the biggest shock of his life. The story progresses and Tiger comes face to face with Aatish. Aatish puts a condition before Tiger and Zoya, his son Junior is at stake. Both of them agree to his words under compulsion, but they do not know what is the real plan of Aatish Rehman.
Caught in this plan, Tiger finds himself accused of treason. Now Tiger has to prove his innocence as well as save his in-laws. Also, it is very important for him to stop and eliminate Aatish. Will Tiger be able to do all this and what difficulties will he have to face, this is what remains to be seen in the film.
What is special and what is bad in the film?
Along with Salman Khan's fans, the rest of the audience was also eager to see 'Tiger 3'. But this movie did not turn out to be as good as was thought. We all have seen Salman Khan's character Tiger in Swag. But in 'Tiger 3', Tiger looks less with swag and more tired. Zoya is more helpless than necessary and Aatish is more evil than necessary. Talking about the performance, all three actors played their characters well, but they did not leave any impression on you.
Great actors like Kumud Mishra, Gavi Chahal, Anant Vidhat, Revati, Riddhi Dogra, and Vishal Jethwa have been seen in this film. Everyone in the supporting cast is good, but no character has been shown so well that you can connect with it emotionally. Questions come to your mind again and again about what is happening in the film and why it is happening. Many scenes of the movie are quite childish. Director Manish Sharma took the story and star cast well, but he could not handle the screenplay.
Along with Salman's Tiger, everyone wanted to see Shahrukh Khan's Pathan, and this sequence is called the life of the movie. Shahrukh Khan's cameo is king and he has played his part very well. It was quite fun and exciting to see Pathan and Tiger performing jugalbandi together. Apart from this, the rest of the film is quite loose. Hard work has been done on the action, but it fails to lift your spirits. Overall, this is the coolest film of the Tiger series so far. But if you are a fan of Salman Bhai then you can give it a chance.
